When you walk inside, this “little home with a big heart” just makes you feel happy! Located in beautiful Chatham, NJ, we designed 5 Myrtle to have personality (there are SOOO many awesome features tucked inside) and to utilize every inch of usable space. We think this “modern glam” home is both inviting and functional. We kept the original footprint of the home but completely redesigned the interior; we moved walls, removed walls, and even dug out 3 feet in the basement to make it a livable space! We created an open concept floor plan flooded with natural light. The gourmet kitchen flows into the living room making an ideal space for entertaining with family and friends. The dining room is surrounded by windows and the perfect accent to the entertaining space. We added two distinct features to the first floor, a 10 foot long custom entertainment built-in and a mudroom cubby with a built-in bench and hanging rack. Upstairs, in the master suite, you will find a bedroom with a vaulted ceiling, stunning master bathroom, and custom built- walk in closet. Additionally, two bedrooms with ample closet space are accompanied by a full bath. The basement is completely redone (check out the before and after section – wow!) with tons of space and a full bath. This home has all new everything – it is a 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom beauty wrapped in Hardie Board siding on the cutest little lot. The attention to detail and finishes in this home are second to none and we are super proud of how this one finished up!
