Jenevieve is cool, calm, and collected. She is responsible for the creative decisions, operations, and project management on a daily basis. She can turn nothing into something, creates more to-do lists than anyone you know, and organizes for fun (really!). Renovating is in her blood and her eye for design is spot-on. She makes everything beautiful while considering each important detail. From choosing design elements on a new project to being able to stage a home for resale – she can do it all. A background in marketing and education set the tone for her ability to see the big picture. She has a get-things-done approach and a natural ability to connect with people. She loves a timeline and the mechanics of how effective systems work. Jenevieve is always on the lookout for new and creative ways to grow Rappaport Homes. She grew up in Bergen County and now lives with her husband (and forever dance partner) Lee, on the Hoboken waterfront.

Lee thinks big. He heads up the financial and development sides of Rappaport Homes. He is a numbers guy, quick on his feet, loves a challenge, and calling him “thorough” is an understatement. Lee always has a pulse on the market and prides himself in finding value in properties. He is a CPA with an extensive business background that allows him to spot, analyze, and move forward with smart real estate opportunities. Whether it’s renovating an existing home or looking for long term investment opportunities, Lee is constantly researching, evaluating, and crunching the numbers. He is passionate about the needs and goals of his clients and has a quality-first attitude while maintaining integrity, dedication, and professionalism. Lee’s laser focus, natural energy, and relentless drive support his enthusiasm for real estate and allow him to create custom solutions for clients. Lee grew up on Long Island and now lives in Hoboken with his wife, (and better half) Jenevieve.

Lee is the left side of the brain and Jenevieve is the right. He is a die-hard Maryland Terrapins basketball fan and she can drain a jumper from 15 feet out. He loves a good meal and she loves to cook. They are the perfect pair for so many reasons. In 2010 Lee and Jenevieve began the start of a lifelong journey together and in 2017 they officially became Mr. and Mrs. Rappaport.
Lee’s business acumen and passion for real estate merged with Jenevieve’s design aesthetic and marketing expertise to form Rappaport Homes, LLC.
