HOW WE OPERATE:

We give you a completed Scope of Work (our bids are obtained off of our Scope of Work).

We always walk through with the contractor.

We choose the material selection and contractors place the order.  

We obtain a building permit.

We require signed 6 documents:

          Independent Contractor Agreement

          Indemnification Insurance Agreement

          Payment Schedule

          Scope of Work

          Contractor Lien Waiver

          W9

We are available when you need us.

We monitor the work schedule.

We check in on the job site.

We require a completed punch list.

We make milestone payments.

We work in Bergen, Hudson, Essex, and Union counties.
